Hill’s Chapel Church Field Usage

    Hill’s Chapel is not responsible for any accidents that may occur while using these facilities.

At this time Hill’s Chapel Church provides a season by season lottery for teams.

Rules for Field Usage

1.  Weekday time slots will be for 1.5 hours. 

2.  Weekend time slots will be 2 hours. Weekend time slots can not start earlier than 9:00am and must end by 9:00pm.

3.  When signing up for the field, please leave your team/organization name, a contact person, and a phone number on the sign-up calendar.

4.  No practice or games can begin before 2:00pm on Sundays. We would love to have you join us in church!

5.  Cost- $40 per time slot not using the lights. $50 per time slot when using the lights. All payments should be made on a monthly basis to the church office. Payments should be made out to “Hill’s Chapel United Methodist Church” and include “Sports Ministry” in the memo line along with your team/organization name. Mail payments to:

6.  Church events that utilize the softball field or field area will take preference over any scheduled or reserved time slot. If we notice an upcoming conflict, we will try and contact you. Please check the Hill’s Chapel website for a current calendar of scheduled events. Also, we ask that no games or practices take place during funeral services being held at the church. We typically have a day or two notice on funerals.

7. 10.) Pets are not allowed on the ball fields.

8. PLEASE take care of the facilities. It is our intention to make this facility available to the community, but it is done on good faith and the honor system. Please make sure that fees are paid and that the bathrooms are clean with doors closed, lights off, and facilities left in good condition. Please police the area after usage removing any trash and leaving the field and facility in good condition for the next person.
